I need a little help.

Fill out a few quick questions and we’ll share your first name, email and phone number with someone who can lend a hand. Once a match is made, they’ll be in touch to coordinate the delivery.

What’s our criteria?

  • You’re experiencing food insecurity

  • You can demonstrate that you have a financial need

  • You sign up yourself - we cannot accept submissions on someone else's behalf

  • You provide an accurate address, phone number, full name and validated email

  • We have a volunteer signed up in your community

Anything else I should know?

  • One-time only: We can only support in providing a one-time grocery delivery

  • Food only: No technology, gifts, medication, etc.

  • One match per household: Only one applicant per home can be supported

  • We cannot accommodate urgent requests: Deliveries may take 1-2 weeks

  • Please only request the 5-10 items you need most: Be respectful to the volunteer and only request the items that are most urgent.

We are currently only accepting submissions from Canada, but endeavour to expand as soon as possible.
We’re specifically looking for details around if your financial situation has recently changed, if anyone in your household is currently employed, and if there are children or dependents in your household.
Note that while a volunteer will make an effort to get some of these items, we can't guarantee that you'll get everything you need. Please be respectful to the volunteer and only request the items that are most urgent.
